Designed a comprehensive web application for Koleje Małopolskie (Lesser Poland Railways) that simplifies route checking and ticket purchasing for regional train and bus passengers. The project evolved from a hackathon prototype into an official collaboration with the transit authority.

The project involved designing intuitive passenger-facing interfaces for schedule checking and ticket purchasing, alongside a dedicated management application for railway staff operations. Through stakeholder collaboration and persona development, I created user-centered solutions that address the distinct needs of both passenger and administrative workflows.
